"BLUE ELSA"- This sparkling tiara is decorated with tulle and a single bow in the centre. The elastic is stretchy and covered with silver glitter.

••The elastic itself is not too soft as it has to have some friction to give the crown it's shape and figure. ••

SIZE: Comes in one size. If you prefer a softer elastic please private message me and I can provide alternatives for you!
