Bazzy Bears seller Elena was amazing. I ordered the boy shorts outfit on super short notice and her and her husband hustled to get them out to BC for us on super short notice for a photoshoot. Purolator missed its connecting flight and the package did not arrive in time. Elena, without prompting, gave me a full refund which I never even expected at all because I was super happy with the package when it did arrive (the next day). I even tried to give the money back and she refused. Elena's integrity was outstanding and I would highly recommend not only the products from her company but doing business with her. She even included extra items as a gift. When we do a cake smash we will definitely be back on her site.
